Commissioners

VPIC is governed by 8 voting Commissioners, a Chair elected by the voting Commissioners, and 4 alternate Commissioners who vote as necessary. Each of the State Retirement Systems appoints one voting Commissioner and one Alternate, the State Treasurer or designee serves ex-officio, the Governor appoints two voting Commissioners and one Alternate, and the Vermont School Board Association and the Vermont League of Cities and Towns each appoint one voting Commissioner.
